The Board of Directors are elected by the members of the Association and serve a term as defined in the Association Bylaws. Board meetings are held quarterly by conference calls. The meeting times for 2023/2024 are as follows:

The ARC is responsible for the oversight and approval of any change to a lot within the community or a structure within the community. Requests for approval should be submitted to the Committee using the forms under the 'Documents' section of this website. All inquiries should be emailed to BearCreekARC@gmail.com
This committee is responsible for the oversight of the facilities owned and operated by the Association. It includes our roads, common areas, fire wells, trails and National Forest access points.
