Our gated community is located just 5 miles east of South Fork Colorado and the intersections of Hwy 160 and Hwy 149. We are accessible from the town of South Fork via paved county roads and all roads within our gates are paved. We have common areas along the Rio Grande river that are available to our owners and many lots border the Rio Grande National Forest.
